DIOCESAN ANNUAL CONFERENCE
January 13 – 14, 2012
The annual Diocesan Conference will be held at John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Sparks, Nevada. There will be nationally known speakers so come and be a part of a weekend of prayer and worship with the diocesan community. JAZZ BRUNCH WITH RUSS PATRICK BAND
Sunday, January 15th – 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Location: Nevada Museum of Art, 160 West Liberty, Reno
Cost: Music is free - Brunch items available from $5.00 to $15.00
Catch a live jazz performance hosted by KUNR radio and dine from the a la carte brunch menu from Café Musee. Please contact Joan 826-4891 so that she will be aware of the number attending.

COMMUNITY SERVICE – FOOD BANK
Saturday, January 28th – 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Help pack boxes of food for the needy. Wear work clothes and closed-toed shoes. Please contact Peggy at 851-2245 or thumperrabbit@charter.net if you are coming. We will carpool promptly at 8:30 from the west parking lot of Sierra Sid’s, corner of McCarran and I-80. If you prefer to drive yourself, take I-80 east to exit 32 (USA Parkway) approximately 16 miles. Proceed 2.5 miles to Italy Drive just past the Wal-Mart Truck entrance. Turn left onto Italy Drive, then .3 mile to the Food Bank.
